Welcome to the Singapore Resuscitation and First Aid Council (SRFAC) Website
On 1st April 2018, the Singapore Resuscitation and First Aid Council (SRFAC) was formed and we are the national body that is responsible for setting guidelines and accrediting both resuscitation and first aid training centres in Singapore. SRFAC is led by the Executive Committee and supported by 4 sub committees overseeing life support programs in BCLS+AED, ACLS (LSCN), Pediatric and First Aid respectively.

Mission
To set standards for resuscitation and first aid practice and training for healthcare providers and lay rescuers in Singapore.
Vision
For every Singaporean to be able to perform CPR and First Aid.
Terms of Reference (TOR)
- To act as the coordinating body representing major groups involved in the teaching and practice of resuscitation and first aid in Singapore.
- To provide direction, national policies and guidelines for the teaching and practice of resuscitation and first aid.
- To collaborate with various agencies like Singapore Heart Foundation (SHF), Unit for Pre-Hospital Emergency Care (UPEC), Singapore Civil DefenceForce (SCDF), Ministry of Education (MOE), St. John Singapore (SJAS), Singapore Red Cross Society (SRCS) etc. to promote awareness of resuscitation and first aid to the public in Singapore.
